3/21/2019 - NCAA Wrestling Tournament match Championship Round 2 in the 133 lb weight class between (3) Nick Suriano (Rutgers) & (14) Korbin Myers (Virginia Tech)
Hell of a shot by Meyers! Knocked him right off balance hard to do to a guy like Suriano with such a strong base. Gave up one takedown like first match first period but only woke the beast!
@@cracra2978 I'm talking about at 3:32 suriano got a reverse with a minute 30 ish left in the second round the injury happened then suriano was down...
You automatically get choice when your opponent takes injury time. It's intended to penalize the individuals that take injury time as a break but really screws guys over when an actual injury does take place
No different from someone having a leg in on top and u fish it out and bend it a it with the elbow on the shin which has been used on bottom for decades! Although this did look like he extended a bit extra toward the end but this in the NCAA wrestling tourney. Don’t put yourself in that spot.
Nick can be fast and quick with power but he’s actually way more impressive when slow methodical and technical! Some of the little things he does with wrist control or when he’s turning a guy or finishing a shot he so strong but also the technique is on point. He will make tiny adjustments that win matches in the moment. Some guys just have that instinct. He’s a gamer!
Miller Theory a ref made a black kid who hair was shorter than daton fix cut his hair or forfeit his match.. and nick dominated this match that’s why he won... also if you’re theory was true Myles Martin who’s black and the number one seed would of been in the finals....
