Great video as I have the exact same ski and been looking for pictures and videos 👍 that would be my first mod and next year air filter from riva. One Question how long since you did the ribbon delete and any issues
Thank you! Yes I want to do the air filter soon. I rode it a couple times after the ribbon delete and everything was fine. I was able to hit 61mph which I couldnt do before the ribbon delete.
Yes that is the kit I installed. This kit uses the factory exhaust exit. They also have rear exit kit but not sure if I'm ready to drill a hole in my hull for it.
boostedfiveoh I have a 2020. Different accent color, same awesome ski thou. Thanks for the reply. I messaged Riva and for some reason they told me the kit does not fit the 19+ so I guess I’ll be installing this soon.
@@ethanmittler3682 its been a while since I installed it. I know I had to get access to the back of the ski. Riva racing has a viedo on the install that would prob help you out.
This one exits through the same place the factory exhaust exits. They do have a rear exit option where you drill a hole in the rear for the exhaust exit.
@@boostedfiveoh just finished up that project. Was a little bit of a pain but can’t wait to try it out. Did you put that flap of rubber back in where the exhaust exits or leave it out?
@@klo910 Awesome! Yes it was a little bit of a pain reaching down in the inside of the ski. Its worth the end result though. Yes I left the rubber flap in place
Its a lot louder than stock but not crazy loud. Its worth the money in my opinion. I just bought a rear exit so I'll prob switch the the rear exit exhaust as soon as I get time to install it. This exhaust will be be for sale
@@boostedfiveoh yeah just bought one today lol. I’m on a floating dock and can’t get access to the back like u can with a trailer so My only option is the free flow.
@@jsmartin1300 I'm not familiar with the deans cut but I know that the ride plate and prop are all common upgrades along with the intake and programmer. Sounds like your on the right track. I should be able to get around 65-66mph if I do these upgrades
Mostly an improvement in sound. Sounds great and I get compliments on how good it sounds almost every time I go out. I would say not a noticeable power increase but may have picked 1mph. All stock I was hitting 58mph. After the free flow exhaust I was able to hit 59mph. I don't know if its just a coincidence or if the free flow was enough to gain 1mph. I also did the ribbon delete and gained another 1-2mph. I'm hitting 60 consistently and 61 in perfect conditions.
@@boostedfiveoh Thanks for the reply, I'm definitely going to pick it up, mine will run in the low 60s pretty consistently now, but would like more sound🤙
@@therealmccoy9031 No problem! Low 60s is pretty good. This will definitely get you the sound. Kinda loud a low speeds but you really don't even hear it much over 30mph when you the rider. I didn't realize how badass it sounded until I let someone ride it and they took off it sounded amazing from behind.
The drone is pretty bad between like 10-30 mph. Im usually idling or going faster than 30mph so the drone doesn't bother me too much. I'm gonna try to do my rear exit kit today.
@@ethanmittler3682 No I wish I was in Florida though lol. I'll let you know how the install goes. I'm from Missouri but I want to go do some riding around Florida.
