I did this upgrade today. It worked perfectly in my 2020 LT1. A huge shout out to you, Jay, for making this video! It made the install painless. Everything came apart and went back together just like you said in the video. Thanks man!
I was going to order an LT1... I ended up getting the SS instead for totally different reasons, did not even know the gauge cluster was different. SO glad I got the SS and avoided the whole issue. It's really not clear that clear when you're ordering that the gauge cluster is different between them
The miles will come from your cars internal computer. It is protected and can't be changed. But it still has to be programmed to your vin so it can read the information.

Great ! Jay put an idea into my head. I just got a new rear diffuser and a new front air splitter and I still haven't installed that and now I want to buy the new - cluster. Good work Jay.
Someone else told me about that too . He ended up figuring it out . Not sure what’s different . I literally just put my hand in there and popped it out
Do they have the touchscreen? My 2016 RS is acting funny and dont connect to mychevy link so I'm thinking about getting a 2019 touchscreen if its compatible

Everything works perfectly still to this day no issues. As long as you buy through them and have them program it to your vin all you have to do is install and plug it in
I don't get it, how's it a game changer? That cluster does the same as the old. All that engine data can be displayed in the LT1 display. Is it the just the 200mph? You can't even do 200. It's like all that work for not much.

What’s up bro , it doesn’t come with the heads up display you have to buy the separate module and install it yourself... & the dash will most def work with your 21 LT1 , checkout WhiteAutoMedia’s website
Jay how much did that dash cluster cost ? And did you have to order it from the dealership? Cause you know they charge more then the other parts places holla !
Wait a minute. I was told this is not just a simple swap. You didnt have to get the display programed or anything? What about the compatibility with the 7 inch stereo? Normally that dash goes with the 8 inch which has some different functions.
Did you have to get the adapter for iOS 6? And which cluster is that you installed? Im looking at the “Camaro Uplevel Instrument Cluster Upgrade Kit 2016+” for 2020 LT1
It is on mine but you have to buy the additional parts separately and install it. If you check that box they just include the HUD screen on your dash so you can use it if you install it.
