I drove a 2009 389 daycab in Pa pulling a fuel tanker that was painted the exact way except the roof was also the darker green. Lots of EGR problems and with the stacks mounted solid to the regen on the passenger side and a solid bracket on the drivers side and no flexipipes and then mounted solid to the cab from the factory with the 46k air track suspension it was one hard riding truck. Was so happy when it was traded for a 14 389 glider
I’m not a green color lover, but this rig looks totally cool in that 2 tone green! It shocks me to say that, but it does look good on that truck. There’s NOTHING old school about it in my book...not too long, good power and gears.🤩
Cascadias are for sissies and wheel holders. Give me a big oil’ Petercar 389, a W900L, a 4900 Starcar , a Coronado 132 or even one of those new Navistar HX long noses anytime over s sissy Cascadia any day
