2022 Jeep Gladiator Rubicon: Is This Worth The Sticker Price?

I have a 2DR Rubicon but just love the Gladiator look! I agree with you…the seating position is fantastic and the 8-speed is awesome!

The Gladiator pedigree is off-road.... and when off road it does very well. Jeep has done an exceptional job in the fit and finish being a platform that can have its roof and doors removed for an open air experience, is easily lifted, and has an aftermarket list a mile long. The solid axle handling is a compromise on road, but again this is an off-road platform and certain upgrades can be made to improve this handling. If you're looking for on road comfort then I would recommend one of the other platforms..... and good luck putting 37's or 40's on either of those platforms ...

Nice review, but what was your conclusion and what was the MSRP? I've priced one on a build and it hit $70K!

Make the 392 rear wheel drive with the Tazer Mini. Takes 5 mins and then you can do smokey RWD burnouts on 37’s

I've driven all the midsize trucks and the jeep gladiator always was a wierd one. It sort of felt separate from the tacoma and ranger. If people asked me which midsize is best I would say ranger, then if I was presented with a gladiator I would take it over anything else.

Gladiators only look amazing on 35’s but I can probably say this about most mid size trucks

I thought the Rubicon trim had a red dash, specifically the trim piece above the glovebox. I'm taking delivery on one in a few months and all the photos show the red dash. From what I'm seeing, the silver zynith color changes the dash color, does this seem accurate?

Massively overpriced school bus. I get why these are popular, but for the money and investment these are frustrating machines. However if you have the 60-75k to throw at once of these in guess that isn't a big deal? For real, if you want street cred and trail cred, equal investment in a Military hmmwv is probably better. Easier maintenance at least.
