I bought one, the base model. I'm enjoying it to bits. Anything above R350k, then you're in completely different segments. Over all, it's a great car and lots and feels very premium

Absolutely Muzi. VW continues to disappoint me with its long option list even on baseline models. To me its a bit like misleading advertising. In addition stock is often ordered with several options already in place.
The launch price of the Golf 8 GTI was claimed to be R669 000 but the units in dealer stock are going for over R800k.This is tantamount to false advertising.

Simple ..they've overpriced the car it's hard to believe a hatchback is going for 410k ...4 years ago the Polo GTI was 410k.. And it's locally built that's the crazy part about the price...410k is Audi money
I got this car about a year ago and I have had to take it to the branch numerous times because some of the features just stop working nje. Parking distance sensors are not working most of the time, there's almost always error/stop/start and electronic stability control warning is almost always on. I'm about to give up on it honestly...
If you've been following the channel from start, you'll see that the technical issues this car has received a lot of complaints. I'm about your experience. I'm now discouraged because i actually like the car.

I bought the base model last year with not much driving experience. The purchase was worth it. It's beginner friendly, if I were to put it like that. I also love its fuel consumption. Currently I don't spend more than a thousand for a full tank, which gives 690km. I bought it last year May and it's on 8000km....really taking good care of it
I'm actually working on a review where I point out the differences between the base model polo tsi and the polo tsi life. It will be up in the channel by no later than Friday
These are really uncertain times and you have to think twice before making a big financial commitment. My next car will shock a lot of people😁...it's a very small car and I'm buying it CASH!
@@MuziSambo Indeed, we shall see big cars when the time is right. I would have loved to have Polo gti but then I have responsibilities and other commitments and they all require me to have a but not an expensive one.
The extras are not worth the price, also the starting price of the car is steep. The premium toyota Starlet XR offer a competitive price and it has a 8 year service plan. 3 year service plan make no sense if the car cost R400 000+
The starlet is ugly and it is just a Suzuki with a toyota badge. You just gave me an idea, I think I should do a comparison review between the polo and starlet.
Beautiful car again vw knows how to market their cars but I have to say comparing this car with the Haval jolion shows you how much Vw products are overpriced. Besides their services plans and warranties still can't match the chines

There's no simple answer to that question because the installment is influenced by a wide range of factors. We can buy the same car and have completely different monthly payments.
Still shopping around for this car.... I got 17% linked prime with 123k residual n monthly payment of 6.8k I cudnt take it i thought the interest rate was too high n the car ddnt hv the IQ lights n sunroof yet costed almost double the amount
Polo life has 6 speakers but it comes with Radio Composition or radio discovery but if you don't option those two expect 4 speakers, I suggest you do a research at your own
@@anoop1555 VW will be launching the new polo globally in April, including India. There might be delays here and there but the car will be available by no later than June 2022
The R-line is there in other countries but is not yet available in the south african polo line up. Just like with the Golf 8, we only have the gti here in S.A but some countries do have the golf 8 R-line.
@@lilithomas9692 Polo R-line and "R-line package" are two different things my friend. Previously you could fit the "R-line package" on either a polo comfortline or a polo highline.
I liked everything about the Polo Tsi Life until I test drove it. That 1.0 engine feels like a forced relationship, the car is too dependent on the turbo feature.
