my hybrid does great at 6 degrees with remote start. melts it all away.

Turning the truck off with the wipers engaged allows you to open wipers for easier ice removal the following morning

The wipers on the maverick suck but look so good hidden under the hood, the cowl gets packed quickly and is hard to remove

Gonna hit negative 5 with a negative 20 windchill here in Massachusetts tomorrow.

Never use your wipers to clear heavy snow unless you want to change the wiper motor. Been there done that.
