We bought the last gen just before this model came out. It’s a great vehicle. Smooth and quiet. The road noise is nonexistent. These should do well. Assuming there are no teething pains.

While it's going to continue to be an outstanding flagship vehicle, I'm keeping my gen 4 (2016-2022) RX350 (luxury package) with a naturally aspirated 3.5 V6 engine. But an RX EV might truly be a game changer...

Lexus needs to be careful. Eliminating silky smooth v6 good for 300,000 to 400,000 miles. Turbo 4 cylinder won’t do that……….and competition has v6

Like the car, hate the front grill & touchscreen. Sad to see the V6 go too. I'd rather have that then a turbo four as IMHO the four won't last as long as a NA V6. The interior looks great though.

That new front end has really grown on me & really like it a lot now. A bit disappointed there's no more V6, but looks like a big improvement besides that.

As the OG in this segment, Lexus knows what it's doing as no one has been able to outsell the RX since it was created back in 1998. Lexus knows what its customers want. This generation will be no different when it comes to sales.

Not a fan of electric anything and do not want a 4 turbo (yuck). Just bought a 22 F Sport. Drives extremely well and will see many years of a more simplified and proven operation. To each his own.

2:44 if the *RX* uses the same platform as the *NX,* then it has _LESS_ room. im guessing she meant the opposite. that the NX shares the same platform as the RX. which is an entirely different animal.

we purchased a 2022 RX luxury because of the smooth V6 and they worked out all the bugs-we love it! the new 4 cylinder turbo has less power at 275 HP and you must use premium fuel-no thanks

i feel like lexus could put 1000 hp into their cars and they'll still do 5.9 0-60 and 14.0 quarter mile times. 95% of their cars have been doing the same times since 1997.

Family has bought the RX since.1999 . What is Lexus thinking putting a 4 cylinder in this vehicle ? Did the hs250h failure not teach Lexus about smaller engines ? We did buy a Lexus Hs250H . Going up hills was not easy . And there is no way a 4 cylinder will be a delight in a Lexus RX . Lexus already has the NX for those wanting a 4 cylinder . Why is Lexus destroying its best cylinder . And a Lexus RX with a 4 cylinder will not pull much of a trailer . Lexus you are screwing up bad ! A flood destroyed our RX 400 H by the way .

Toyota needs to stop releasing new body styles under its Toyota brand then releasing its lexus counterpart. Completely backwards. The luxury brand should see the first release then the mainstream brand. Just a Venza with a big nose

Completely different styling than the Venza. Looks nothing like it, inside or out. And you know this Lexus is going to be quieter and smoother than the Venza. The Venza is really just a luxury RAV4 Hybrid.

@@naveenthemachine oh I am well aware. I’ll be ordering a ‘23 Venza in a month or so. I’m very excited! But the NX has tech that the Venza doesn’t get. Larger infotainment screen, a beautiful Mark Levinson audio system (the 1200-watt JBL in the Venza is really good too tho), new door latch system, and it has a pano roof that opens…which, is kinda a toss up with StarGaze. both great cars.
