I think you have one of those faces that's so pretty you'd be able to pull off any hair style tbh! The only thing about short hair is if you're having a bad hair day you can't just tie it back and not deal with it... Also I have a baby fringe and I love it, think you'd suit one really well

Nothing beats low maintenance hair. Aside from coffee, it’s my only addiction. Chopped all of my hair off in college about 20 yrs ago. Best decision I ever made. My hair is usually less than an inch long and every day is an “I woke up like this” day. 🎉 I think you would look lovely with a baby bob and baby fringe. Cant wait to see what you choose.
i have to admit (having had properly short hair in the past) that in my experience it can actually be HARDER to style than long hair because it can look insane when you first wake up and because it's a "set style" it's very obvious when it doesn't look quite right. Then again it definitely needs washing less than long hair! so pros and cons to both, but i wouldn't say that short hair is actually easier, I also definitely thought it would be. love the video and hope that helps!!

Ash, I think you have lovely hair and a face shape that would compliment any hairstyle. Since it looks like your hair may have a bit of a wave/texture, you could pull-off so many cool hairstyles and as it grows too! There are some apps you could try different hairstyles on virtually first before going to the salon 🙂 I agree with this comment! I've had both a buzz-cut and an undercut and while I loved the super short above the ear styles that constantly changed (in a fun new hair style weekly kinda way) I get so frustrated at that awkward Lord Farquard Page Boy bob cut while it grows out. My hair is heavy thick, board straight with not a lot of texture.

Your talk awakened a memory in me. When I was a kid, my mom would style my hair and my sister's hair every morning. In the top of the closet was a plastic tub that lots of ribbons in it, lots of different colors, so we'd chose which ribbon we wanted mom to use. My favorites were the velvet ones or the silky ones that laid flat.

I think you would look so cute with a bob!!! Especially with the ends flipped out 🥺 I just recut my baby fringe/bangs because it’s so much easier to deal with than longer bangs! I will say, they can be quite harsh visually, so start off with whispy lighter ones to see how you like it :)

i did like a shaggy mullet thingy with a short fringe back on october and it didn't suit me AT ALL lmaooo i hated it so much sometimes! so i understand you... just let it grow, you can play with it using clips and gel, you are SO cute like any haircut/hair growing would look good with that face!

Ahhhhh I’m planning to cut my hair (bob) and dye it even lighter (I’m blonde) and perhaps the mini fringe i love itttt but a length which I can still put up and do braids, and then buy good clip in extentions if I want to have a longer hair for the magical long braids
I would love to see you in Dutch or French braids, you can pull it off. However, short hair or long hair it doesn't matter, you would kill it in any style. You're very beautiful Ash. Great video as always.
ohhhh the moment I saw the tiny fringe I thought 'that would look so cute on you'!!!! I had a micro fringe a while back and I have not got the right face shape for it at all, but if you get a fringe that's really short I think it would look ethereal. make sure to either keep the long hair or go for a bob because oh my god that hairstyle is so pretty

Saw a pic on Pinterest of Natalie Portman rocking a buzzcut on some red carpet event during probably her V for Vendetta acting period- the next day stepped out of the hairdressers salon with my curls shaved the f* off, feeling the atmosphere of this beautiful world with each square centimetre of my head and catching long stares of passing by strangers. What I must admit here, is the fact that I stopped getting sweet compliments for my hair makes me feel less confident. But people’s stares, tho9gh still present, got now a different connotation: I am 80% of the time sure they think I am a cancer survivor, have problems with hair, come from negative family background, or make a statement. Each time need to remind myself, that my own liking is enough to make choices about my life❤️

I think if you get a bob, maybe get fringe long enough to do side part. Fringe looks great with long hair too so if you didn’t want to cut off all your hair, the fringe is a great way to have an immediate style and experiment. I think wet hair look on bob will have a big moment. If keeping long hair maybe try a crown braid or just very long slick back hair look for something a bit different (not tied up).
Maybe start with shoulder length bob with baby fringe and then see. Fringe would grow fast and you could either grow or cut the overall length once you’re used to the change
On the topic of giant scrunchies, you’re right they do look like coral. If I had long enough hair for a scrunchie, I think it would pair nicely with a Clownfish Barrett. Who wouldn’t want to be THAT cute?! Right?! 😂

Just practice some more braiding! Most of the Pinterest plaits are just a French braid or regular 3-strand braid pulled loosely. Idk how much you braid but basically, once you can french braid well you can also Dutch braid which is the same just reversed process. It looks different with a similar technique. I wish I could just braid your hair for you! It’d be simpler! hehe good luck!

@@ashleighcallaghan I really like how it looks as the blonde is loaned ashy so my dark brunette hair looks almost black So fun! Honestly though just do it if you don’t like it you can always go back to your natural colour x
Fringe is fuuun. Go to a salon that cuts on dry hair and you'll never have to use heat to style. I just need a little baby water spray bottle and done!
