Entertaining little ride, Warro! Nice to get into the twisties and a few hills; wish we had that here. My step-daughter and I went out on our bikes yesterday; just over 100 km of mainly flat, straight and level riding and still in Perth's sprawling suburbia.
what a great road for a ride. very enjoyable. thanks. I kept looking for snakes crossing the road. you ARE in Australia, after all. Didn't see any, though.
i am but its starting to cool down now so sighting will be few and far between. they would be very close to going into hibernation for the cooler months of winter. so they will be out of sight for a good 4 months -great...lol is a nice road and more likely to see kangaroos or wallabies here.
just got ahead of the pothole fillers...on the return journey it was sort of like patch work heaven...lol i must admit this gb350 does run extremely well especially in 3rd gear. plus its very smooth to ride too
Nice clip. More patches than road in some spots! Not ideal for fun on the twisties. I do hope you will fit those off-road tyres to the GB350 as originally intended. I'm wondering if it will be more comfy in moderate dirt road conditions compared to Suzuki.
Is it the GoPro on Bike Mode with wind cancellation always on? Or are you using an external mic, Warro? Gosh, the audio is hard to get right but makes all the difference. I'm still experimenting with the Hero 10 settings. Cheers.
@@MrMomo182its not easy to get and each time i get on a different bike i have to start from scratch again...lol thats a corded mic too. you will just have to try different angles to point towards muffler end plus on the corded mic you will have to run a dead cat or something and pack foam in tight so it doesnt move and cause unwanted noise. plus tape mic lead to the tank too. also a bit of tape holding mic imput to media mod
Yes it was! that 13t front livened it up plus i was using only half throttle as klm travelled are still pretty low. nice and easy bike to ride and i was running with traction control on too.
I took my GB out today for about 100kms. Two things I’d like to ask. Unless I’m gripping the tank with my legs there’s an annoying vibration from that area, I think I heard the same on your video, is that normal or should I get it seen to? Secondly do you find the throttle jerky? It’s smooth when going through gears but on and off the throttle it jerks so think it may be fuelling. I hit 500kms today, easy bike to,ride and wear in. How many kms until you ride it normally ?
1. id say normal and nothing to be concerned about. its pretty minor and i could name 10 new bikes ive owned you'd sell just on that comment...lol 2.throttle on mine is like an auto pilot on first start for say first minute or so then calms down. did notice coming back home and riding in town slight jerky throttle but again nothing compared to a honda crf300l or the older cb500x's but these new bikes are running pretty lean and my 02 sensor on exhaust has turned purple 3. id wait till 1000 klm or after first service if you want to ride harder. im waiting till 1500 klm as i like the bike and overall i think one of the best ive been on and ive been on lots of new bikes
@@ridewithwarro Thanks for your detailed response it’s appreciated. It’s only my second bike after owning a cb125f for only 2 months to learn on. I really like the gb also, I’m taking care of it and being easy on him but also it needs some revs riding in Sydney but I’m definitely not thrashing it. My exhaust has discoloured also, only noticed it yesterday after the ride.
Thanks Worro-- is this a better riding experience than the Royal Enfield 350 classic? Any comments? Cheers, Bill ( originally from Orange and Bathurst area)
