Today marks the final day of our 21 Day Health Reset Challenge, and I want to say a huge congratulations to everyone who participated! We did it! It's truly amazing what we can achieve when we stay committed to our goals.
Now that the challenge is ending, it's important to maintain and continue the health improvements we've gained. Here are a couple of tips to help you continue on your journey of healthier living:
1️⃣ Ease back into solid foods: For the first 2-3 days after the challenge, focus on incorporating fruits and vegetables into your meals. Salads, smoothies, fruit bowls, and veggie soups (think squash, pumpkins, beets, and green beans) are all fantastic options to ease your way back into a regular diet.
2️⃣ Maintain a balanced diet: Going forward, aim to consume a diet that consists of 60-70% fruits, vegetables, nuts, and seeds. This will help you sustain the progress you've made during the reset and continue on your path to a healthier lifestyle.
Remember, the ultimate goal is to create healthier habits that will last a lifetime. We're almost there, so let's keep pushing forward! Keep up the great work, and let's continue this journey towards optimal health and wellness.

Thanks, Harold. It's good to know that the reset has helped so many. I lost 7 lbs during phase 2 and 1 lb during phase 1. I'll continue with the good habits I learned and will definitely add more juicing.

Hi Harold. I just learned that I'm precancerous stage one and my Specialist thinks my body can beat it. Any clue how I should be eating? I've tried lots of your recipes and noticed my skin just getting clearer but I've been craving protein and get lots headaches when Im not eating protein. Now my guess is I need to just eat fish, seafood, chicken, veggies, fruit and fiber. What do you suggest?

GOD Bess You Brother Harold and Congrats to Everyone who took the Challenge. I am 70 yrs young and have been So Blessed by Brother Harold's site on RU-vid. I was always during my Younger Years learned how to eat Whole Foods. Only by the Grace of Almighty God continued this path into my Senior years. Thank You Brother Harold for your Love and Unselfishness Sharing about ways to maintain and remain Healthy. The Bible says our Temple belongs to GOD and we were All created in His Image and Likeness!!❤🎉❤
