Hi Allie, Thank you so much for sharing your wisdom with us. I enjoy your classes. I've heard it said that if you do this pranyama before bed you should only do the left side as it is calming. The right side is more energetic. What are your thoughts on this? Thank you🧘

Boy was staying on the mat and completing pranayama was sooo difficult for me!but thanks to you Allie I did it 😅 and it made me reflect on how we get swept along in this fast fast paced world and don’t really know it’s happening as it is so normalised in our society .
