25 min SWEATY LEG workout with Dumbbells ( High Reps + ABS )

In this 25 min SWEATY LEG workout with Dumbbells ( High Reps + ABS ) We will be focusing on one certain exercise and performing for 10x rounds in total. In order to make this routine more complete and balanced we will be doing 10x other Leg exercises (mainly pull exercises) + 5x Abdominal exercises around these 10x rounds of squats as well.
We will be performing each movement for 45 seconds rest and we will have 20 seconds rest between the movements.
In this workout there will be no water-breaks.
The dumbbells that I am using are:
2x 5kg
2x 10kg
2x 18kg
1x 32kg

You can Simply increase the intensity of this workout by using heavier dumbbells .

25 minutes, i thought it would be easy, ain't no way. Hard sweat 🥵. Please don't remove that feature of showing weight used in particular exercise. 💪💪 And can you please add amount of calories burn, i know it's different for all but to give an approx idea, it will help in tracking calories to be burned by cardio.

I normally do in-place sprints, jumping jacks, or high knees during the breaks. Yeah, didn’t happen. It was all I could do complete every round of squats with my 50 lbs. I trust that shifting to sumo squats for the last 2 rounds counts???? And that cobra transporter….whaaaaa???? Um, yes, please!!!! Loved it!!!! Thank you!!!!

When you're waiting for Daniel to salute and indicate a water break, but it doesn't happen 😮. Might be 25(ish) minutes, but, with the increased weight. Yep, that's a burner. As ever Daniel, grateful for the routine and motivation ❤

Wow that was tough. I started with 24kg KB for the squats. But after 2 rounds I had to go down to 22kg DB. Great work out. Thanks!

Moin Moin lieber Daniel, complimenti, war eifach GUT!!! Sehr intensiv!!! Es hat nur 25 Minuten gedauert aber nach meiner Meinung nach hat viel mehr für mich persönlich gebracht als sonst. Leider finde ich für mich sehr selten Zeit, grosse Familie, Kindern, Arbeit.....Dieses Mal konnte ich zwischendurch 25 Minuten mir mit großen Genuss gönnen. Nun bin ich glücklich und zufrieden mal was nur für mich vorzunehmen und endlich machen. Ich bedanke mich dafür!!! LG nach Hamburg (meine Heimatstadt) aus Verona!!!
