In this 25 min SWEATY LEG workout with Dumbbells ( High Reps + ABS ) We will be focusing on one certain exercise and performing for 10x rounds in total. In order to make this routine more complete and balanced we will be doing 10x other Leg exercises (mainly pull exercises) + 5x Abdominal exercises around these 10x rounds of squats as well.
We will be performing each movement for 45 seconds rest and we will have 20 seconds rest between the movements.
In this workout there will be no water-breaks.
The dumbbells that I am using are:
2x 5kg
2x 10kg
2x 18kg
1x 32kg

You can Simply increase the intensity of this workout by using heavier dumbbells .
