Love these runs. The past 4 years have been crazy with taking care of elderly parents with a ton of health issues, hospital visits and doc appointments. Sandwiched in between is watching grandchildren. These workouts not only help my stress level, but are helping me to get back my running pace! Thank you!!
I've been using your sessions as part of a winter program for the past few years while competing in age group IronMan, marathons, swimming events, etc... I prescribe this channel to any new runner and yet use it myself as a veteran. Sometimes I try to hold the max settings you prescribe, most of the times I cannot. I did this workout with my 4 year old in the basement . I felt guilty doing this instead of doing something for him but I’m not going to let that get me down. I deserve this workout and so do all mommas !
