Preserving produce is one of the most important steps to gardening. There are many ways to preserve garden vegetables but today I am going to show you how to easily can, freeze and dehydrate garden produce.
We will be preparing and freezing our tomatoes, tomatillos, green beans, purple beans and peppers for future processing. We will also dehydrate our jalapenos and show you a fun way to remove the spicy seeds. Finally, we'll make making and canning dill pickles!
