I’m making this right now. I’m having a chocolate craving so I added dark chocolate cocoa powder and an extra egg. I also used half cup organic peanut butter no salt and organic almond butter. I can’t wait to try this.

You are doing fantastic!! It’s never about “dieting”, but really is all about learning how to eat healthy and taking care of yourself. These videos are great!!! I keep a stack of index cards, and I’m always writing down her recipes!
@LowCarbLove I actually made these, Myra, turned out AMAZING!!! Added some semi-sweet chocate chip drizzle on top🤤🤤 So good!! And thank you again for everything I really do love you so much❤️❤️❤️
Ive been on my low carb journey for 4 weeks now and i seriousness couldnt have made it this far if not for your videos i absolutely appreciate your positive and delicious vids! Thank you sm
You have literally shown me how beautiful eating can be on lowcarb and that might have been the reason I continued it for so long which affected my life in a major way because without physical and mental health nothing goes. You are more than just a recipe channel you provide a more positive and hopeful outlook on life all the best for you in the future!💯
I made these today and then ate more than I care to admit. They are so good!! Thank you! I would love to have more single serving recipes just so there’s no chance of eating the whole pan lol.. Thanks for all your hard work and God bless ❤
you are truly the best for the easy and more healthy options. I just got diagnosed with colitis: No flour and no grains for a while. Made these once and loved them. I topped with choco chips tho.
Tried these today and they’re surprisingly amazing! I used monk fruit instead of allulose but they were so yummy! Great to just get over the sweet fix without tons of carbs from flour and sugar.
These look great and would surely help that craving for something sweet with substance. I wonder if I could also add some cocoa powder to make it a chocolate peanut butter brownie.
As a Peanutbutter Lover and a sweet Lover, I can honestly say, this recipe hits the spottttt!!! So SO Good! I just made it last night, was too excited and ate it while it was still very hot, but eating it again the next day when its cool was so amazing! So fudgey and delicious! I couldn't find allulose in my grocery store so I ended up using date sugar and I topped it with sugar free chocolate chips cause I forgot the whole peanuts. Recipe is 10/10 I would make it again!
Hi Mayra! I just made this right now exactly how you made them and it came out so bomb 🔥!!!! It was so easy to make and I thought that it was not going to come out like yours. I did bake it for 40 minutes and then I let it cool for exactly 20 minutes. THANK YOU so much for all that you do for us!!! 🙏🏼 Sending you hugs and kisses!! 🥰😘♥️
I eat only vegetables, some berry fruits, meat, eggs, water and I exercise. Once a month I allow myself a keto dessert. I was going to make keto key lime cheesecake, but this peanut butter brownie recipe looks yummy and so easy to make, I don't like time consuming recipes. So I'm going to choose the brownies on my next dessert day! Thanks for sharing the video!
@@SeraphinaoftheBayou I'm just trying to eat healthy food choices. No processed foods, however, I do like an occasional dessert, who doesn't? LOL I'm really basically just maintaining my weight. I love to exercise, it helps keep me active daily. I was diagnosed with stage 4 liver failure in 2017, given 6-9 months to live, yet, I changed over to a low carb and keto diet, then went to eating mainly fresh vegetables, fruits, protein, lots of water and exercise and it's 2024 now. No one can tell me why I'm still around, doctors have no answer, I'm still at stage 4 liver failure, I do take medications for it. However, I was about 5 years ago diagnosed with Parkinson's. I'm doing ok with that, but my doctor tells me the food choices I choose and the exercises plus one simple medication daily is probably helping it not to advance quickly, I really haven't experienced too many setbacks from Parkinson's yet. I'm doing my part to keep myself healthy and in turn I am happy by being able to do things on a daily basis. I do not envy and I feel really bad for anyone who has to deal with medical conditions that affect their daily life and activity life.
Oh my! That looks so delicious. I will try this recipe. I tried the other brownie recipe and they weren’t too good to me. I will try again. Thank you for sharing
Hey thank you once again ,as l am always looking for something different as l am unable to eat chocolate, as it triggers migraines for me. I'm so excited yo try these tomorrow . Have a great Easter ❤❤😊
Hey honey I love ur recipes. I all most used every one of them. Now in the middle of making my own avocado mayonnaise. Bc I am in a diet. N thank you so much n his bless 🙏
Thank you for this recipe. I LOVE peanut butter.. you are amazing.. I follow you and constantly try your recipes.. I was wondering what size of pan you baked those brownies in?? It looks small.. thank you again for keeping us healthy and happy..❤️
Thank you for these quick and easy brownies. I have a request. I still make your wonderful almond buns, and I have a church affair coming up and I wanted to know if you could do a video using this recipe in a large quantity amount in an 11 x 17 baking sheet. I really wanted to make this in a way that could be easily cut into squares of any size. Also, I'd like to be able to pop these in a toaster for breakfast or make grilled cheese sandwiches and to make a lot of bread at one time! Thanks!🙂
Could you calculate the calories/fats/carbs for the entire recipe and then I can figure out what an individual serving would be (according to how many I divide it up into)?
Hi Myra !! Pretty new to your channel and loving every minute of it😁.. Can you use pumpkin or regular peanut butter ? Not a fan of natural pb.. Thank you🤗
I am SOOOO Glad I found your channel!! I absolutely love Peanut Butter and been collecting all your PB/Dessert recipes to make this week! Was going to make the 2 ingredient PB Cookies but this one just sounds so so good! P.S. what kind of PB do you use? Is it sugar-free? Natural/organic? Thank you so much!
Have you ever tried making these with almond butter and are just as good? I have a family member in my household whose allergic to peanuts and the smell alone in the house would make her gag if I baked these in our oven.
I would imagine it would work. I have made almond butter cookies - similar to this with just almond butter, eggs, and any additional things depending on preference and they turned out amazing. I def think it wouldn’t hurt to test her recipe but swap for almond butter.
Got some peanut butter on the counter and I think Im gonna try this. I bought some RX Sugar brand allulose on sale. Have you ever tried this brand? It has a different looking texture than the other types of granulated sugar substitute I have used. Will it be okay for this recipe?
