Hi Ace!! I`m now in my jump training too! I have a few question for you .... can you answer it?? My program: Day 1: Weight training - about 8 exercises - each exercise i train 3 set x 10 reps, and all of that take me about 1.5 - 2 hours. Day 2 : Rest + foam rolling + stretching Day 3: Plyometric training - # 8 exercises - each exercise i train 2 - 3 set x 10 - 12 reps, and all of that also take me about 1.5 - 2 hours. Day 4 + 5 : Rest + foam rolling + stretching Day 6: repeat again from Day 1 Q1: Should i practice 8 excersices or more or less in my training? Q2: 1.5-2 hours traing, is that enough or is it too long?? q3: How many weight should i add each week (or month)?? 2.5, 5, 10 kg or something??? (i mean in my squat)
I do agree on the points, but about the effortless jump the motivation makes my laugh… just your personal idea: quad and hamstring contrast is fine up to 90%? Come on 😂😂
