Fingers can stay swollen a LONG time! That is why I want to share and demonstrate 3 solutions to decrease stubborn finger swelling that you may not be doing.
Target stubborn finger swelling by decreasing the fluid build up around your joints with an acupressure ring, finger massager, and Gua Sha tool.
My suggestion is to try only 1 or 2 of these techniques at a time. Keep in mind, you don't want to press hard or do too many different types of treatments. This can aggravate your finger and inadvertently cause more swelling. Something I am sure you do not want!
