Good Morning Steph! Happy Saturday. First, I love your channel. Your voice is so calming and it makes me want to watch. Now, your results are excellent. You can truly see a difference in your 1st day to your day 30 results. I would love to join the next challenge. I do not own a wheel roller(?), but I have will be working out on my stability ball daily. At 66, and no upper body strength would be a little challenging for me. I would be interested in you recording your workouts and us workout out along with you. I also do a 60 minute treadmill walk everyday, so my walking is on point. Still trying to work on getting my eating in sync with the workout portion. Keep up the wonderful work. Pup Pup is so cute!
