Welcome to this gentle 30 min Bed Time Yoga Flow! This beginner friendly evening routine and first yoga flow of 2021 is a great way to release all stress and worries from the day, stretch your entire body and prepare yourself for a good night sleep. This slow paced and mindful 30 min evening yoga practice is perfect to wind down, bring your mind and body back into balance and end the day in a relaxed way.🌙

I will slowly walk you through the different poses and guide you through the yoga practice. If you need a break, feel free to pause at any time and focus on your breathing. Your breath is always your anchor. Find synchronicity in your movement and breath. Don't push yourself and always listen to your body!
