So my average heart rate was 123bpm, but I am not using the ankle weights currently and burned 321 active calories as it seems that pushing my heart rate too high may not be helping me lose weight. This was a nice workout. The jumping jacks toward the end was a bit different as I started opposite of where jumping jacks normally do, and that forced me to think more about what my body was doing, but it was interesting.
