Join me for a sweaty, fat burning step cardio aerobics workout to burn calories, strengthen your arms and flatten your belly. In this cardio aerobics workout I am using a set of 1kg dumbbells but a pair of water bottles will work just as well.

Me at the beginning: My lightest dumbbells are 3 lbs. No problem! 💪🏿 Me after 15 minutes: I think I'll put these down now. 🥵
