In this 30 min EXPLOSIVE Bodyweight + POWER kettlebell HIIT we will have a 50/50 combination of Kettlebell and bodyweight exercises. In both elements there are more explosive movements involved which makes this HIIT workout even more challenging.
We will have 2x blocks of 20 exercises, each exercises for 35 seconds and with 15 seconds rest in between. After the first block there will be a 50 seconds water-break.
In this Workout I am using a 12kg (Blue) 16kg (Yellow) and a 20kg (Purple) kettlebell form “👑 Kettlebell Kings”

You can Simply increase the intensity of this workout by using heavier kettlebells and/or increasing the volume of the workout by doing this routine for 2-3x rounds in a row.

I would like to say that to myself too but I'm recording these workouts at home so would not work for me ;) But I do jump around before the workout after having a cup of coffee to get into the zone! :D

As always, great workout. The best trainer of RU-vid for me. If I may, I’d like to make a request, because I know with your way of doing movements I’ll improve them. Can you include windmill and Turkish get up in your routines with KB? If not, no pro, thanks for your work, anyway.

For building muscles I would say the the Dumbbell Strength Routines and the kettlebell strength routines. All the compound workouts and the muscle building ones in the title :D

前半段有点像我上过四卷四和pc大概是三组左右力量加一组心肺。后半段我觉得就是用壶铃的卡丢,花式波比花式蹲跳。总体动作比较简单,就是动作简单粗暴体能训练。波比花哨太多,原来这位哥除了研究出波比加驴踢还能研究出波比加高抬腿,波比加跳远。后面十分钟我都在想波比有完没完!
