In this 30 minute INTENSE BODYWEIGHT + KETTLEBELL workout we will have a 50/50 combination of kettlebell & bodyweight exercises. We will have 22x exercises in total, 18x exercises for 2x rounds and 4x exercises only for 1x round. We will perform each exercise for 35 seconds and with 15x seconds rest in between. After the first 17 minute there will be a 50 second water-break.
You can simply Increase the intensity of this workout by using heavier kettlebells / Weights.
In this Workout I am using a 12kg (Blue) 16kg (Yellow) and a 20kg (Purple) kettlebell form “👑 Kettlebell Kings”
