30 minute INTENSE BODYWEIGHT + KETTLEBELL Workout (ADVANCED HIIT🔥Burn Up to 500 Calories)

In this 30 minute INTENSE BODYWEIGHT + KETTLEBELL workout we will have a 50/50 combination of kettlebell & bodyweight exercises. We will have 22x exercises in total, 18x exercises for 2x rounds and 4x exercises only for 1x round. We will perform each exercise for 35 seconds and with 15x seconds rest in between. After the first 17 minute there will be a 50 second water-break.
You can simply Increase the intensity of this workout by using heavier kettlebells / Weights.
In this Workout I am using a 12kg (Blue) 16kg (Yellow) and a 20kg (Purple) kettlebell form “👑 Kettlebell Kings”

Love how this workout got my heart pumping heart while tiring out some muscle groups too. Having 2 rounds kept things moving along so I didn't get bored. Enjoyed the music too - especially when doing the front jacks to the beat of the song haha I felt like I was at an EDM concert. I'll be coming back to this one for sure! Thanks Daniel!

We can really burn 500 calories with this workout ? 👍 I just ask because i mean when i do sport i don't really know how calories i burn. probably a lot but exactly i don't really know 😅🤔. Daniel do you have a suggestion ? How to know aproximadly how quantities of calorie we burn during sport ? I am not obseced with that nut just curious 🤷‍♂️🙂. Thanks a lot for the workout !
