30 Min FIRE Bodyweight + Kettlebell FULL BODY HIIT Workout (ADVANCED HIIT)

In this 30 Min FIRE Bodyweight + Kettlebell FULL BODY HIIT Workout we will have a combination of Bodyweight and Kettlebell Movements. We will have 20x Bodyweight movements(40 seconds) for 1x rounds and 10x Kettlebell movements (30 seconds) for 2x rounds with a 50 seconds Water- break in between.

In this Workout I am using a 12kg (Blue) 16kg (Yellow) and a 20kg (Purple) kettlebell form “👑 Kettlebell Kings”

You can Simply increase the intensity of this workout by using heavier kettlebells and/or increasing the volume of the workout by doing this routine for 2x rounds in a row.

I'm a big fan of Daniel's and have done a lot of his workouts. This is easily one of the hardest. I didn't feel like I finished this routine as much as I escaped it! Rock on, Daniel!

jeez, 2 weeks of not doing these regularly, despite surfing most days, keeping active yet this almost killed me. Had to break about 9 mins in for 60 secs and still so pleased when water break came a few minutes or so later. But got through it: great movements, explosive, core control, intense. Done, going to enjoy endorphin high....in fact thats prob why Im waffling on! Tx DPT
