In this 30 Min FIRE Bodyweight + Kettlebell FULL BODY HIIT Workout we will have a combination of Bodyweight and Kettlebell Movements. We will have 20x Bodyweight movements(40 seconds) for 1x rounds and 10x Kettlebell movements (30 seconds) for 2x rounds with a 50 seconds Water- break in between.

In this Workout I am using a 12kg (Blue) 16kg (Yellow) and a 20kg (Purple) kettlebell form “👑 Kettlebell Kings”
