as a teenager doing your advanced workouts i feel so much more confident and strong. ive always loved working out but its hard not to lose motivtion. that was until i started your advanced workout plans. any tips on convincing yourself to actually start your workout? i love you so much anna! 🥰
I've got some tips for you and I hope they help. Set a routine and follow it. Find out when the workouts fit best into your day and build your good habits around having a structure. Eg - after school but before dinner may be when you've got a free 45 minutes at 5pm. Or maybe before school if you like waking up early. I personally use a habit tracker app and I cross off my good habits each day once I've done them. It gives me a sense of achievement and helps me keep motivated. I used to keep an exercise journal and this really helped me when I was feeling demotivated. I would write down how I'm feeling before working out, then write which workout I did and then how much better I felt following my workout. Then when I was struggling with motivation I would read over how I was feeling on the other days and it would help motivate me when I couldn't be bothered.
Women shouldn't workout?! I think the millions of women working out and loving their increased energy levels, improved sleep, body shape, posture, mobility, strength and vitality would vehemently disagree!!!

Anna, I used to love getting on RU-vid daily and going to your channel for a GREAT home workout. Last year my fiancé and I went through a MAJOR loss and setback in our lives and it was hard to stay consistent. We lost a lot of our stability and motivation. It’s so rewarding getting back into a more consistent work out routine after going through some hard times. I love how much these workouts really help me with confidence and it’s easy to go at your own pace and modify when necessary. The encouraging captions during the videos really help keep me going!
