You can find it in one 20 minute intermediate class (no equipment) also, if you find it interesting :) I think Nicole is dressed in green and white in that one. It’s even harder than here.🔥

I have been doing your workouts for many months now and I have never stopped to thank you so much for all your videos. I had to switch from yoga to pilates many months ago when I needed to focus more on strength for my back issues. I loved yoga and I didn't think I could possibly like pilates as much. Wrong. I discovered your channel a month ago and it’s been the biggest blessing! I can’t do all the high intensity jumping that I see a lot of people do to get fit, but these workouts are gentle but so intense, are cardiovascular, toning and so calming. I finished this one and couldn’t believe that 37 minutes already went by. I didn’t even think of checking the time to see how much was left because it was so enjoyable. Always in a great mood after your workouts and I’ve seen my body become more fit and I feel so energized. Thank you for your hard work!!!

I've been doing your workouts since 2021, steadily getting stronger. It hit me today that I don't think I have experienced back pain ever since I started practicing with you, whereas it used to be almost constant because I'm so desk-ridden for work. I did this today with full excitement of a full body, short and sweet with a resistance band ... until my first pause I realized this is intermediate ... instead of quitting I gave myself grace to continue with pauses and stretches when needed. I did it!!!! I have health issues that make is harder to exercise but also more important that I maintain and haven't been able to for almost a month but I am so grateful and very proud of myself for doing this. Your voice is soft, encouraging and gentle - I am so grateful I was led your way!!! Thanks for all your hard work and gentle approach!

This one is becoming one of my favorites. If you want to target the lowest part of your booty these are amazing. The stronger you get, the more you're able to bend into the standing leg and the more effective it gets. Thank you 😊. Hope you make more like this video 😊
