Went into this a little bummed because I really love the weighted sculpting workouts and holy cow was I blown away! This was KILLER! It def sculpted and built muscle and you just never cease to amaze me Maddie! Thank you for everything you do and everything you are!

Love this workout! I do this work out every time I work out and then pair it with either a leg or arm workout. I love that it’s short, but so effective!

This was a great way to kick off my 2022 workouts 💪🏼 I had finally found a routine of classes at my local gym that I enjoyed and was sustainable when they closed again due to omicron. Your at home workouts have been a lifesaver for my mental health 💗

I just found this video. I couldn't go all the way to 35 mins but i did my best to 15:29. I figure if I go for 15 mins everyday, then i can build up stamina, eventually I will be able to go all the way through the video. I don't know if you will ever see this, but thank you for posting this vid.

So, hey, even though I don't know if anyone is reading my comments. I guess I'll just post here to be accountable. After working out yesterday I was sore today, my glutes and the front of my thighs. For a while I thought about giving up but what would I achieve if I did that right!? So i tried today again. Even though I still didn't make it to the end of the video, I did better than yesterday. Today i went to 16:26, and it may not be a great deal more, but I am proud of myself. Tomorrow, I will do it again. And everyday after, until I can go all the way to the end. I am challenging myself. I won't give up on me. Thank you for this video.

I am back again. Did it today to 17:38. Getting better I think, or at least, I am going for longer. Muscles still sore today BUT, I pushed through and I did it! Back agai tomorrow God's willing!😊

I misswd an update yesterday because I didn't do it. I fell sick and was threw up and was just not feeling the strength. I was disappointed. But I told myself I will come back stronger and push myself harder. Tonight I went up to 25:51. I am proud of myself and I will not give up. I will keep at it even though i may not be 100%well. I am showing up for myself and doing my best, and that will get me results. I already feel my stamina increasing. Thank you again. I wish I could like this video multiple times.❤❤❤❤❤❤

Well, here I am again. Not reaching farther into the video, but still, I showed uo today. I won't hide my time since I already started telling the time. So today, I only managed to make it to 16:35 in the video. A disappointment from doing so well the last time. Sighs. But, i am still proud of me and I did my best. It's just that, that is what my best looked like today. I am hopeful for tomorrow (it is currently 12:04pm so technically it is "tomorrow" already. So i will comment later in the night. Maybe I should try exercising early in the mornings instead of at nights. I will attempt that in the comming week.❤❤❤❤❤❤ #ShowingUp

So, here with another update. I have missed two days, today and yesterday. I won't beat down myself. My plan was to do it everyday, but I have been unwell. Swollen feet, heart paloitations, excruciating, debilitating pain, syncope...I think I shiuld not be too hard on myself for the days I missed. I will come back and I will keep my word and show up for myself. Right now, I am just showing up for myself in another way, and I will go back to this challenge again when my body feels better. I never thought anyone would see my comments, but someone saw and liked my comment and I saw the notification. Whoever you are, thank you. It gave me fresh motivation.

I love how you added this to RU-vid!! It was so much fun following along on the tv with you! I also had the app open and on while the workout and i had my Apple Watch on and it tracked the calories and everything!

🚨I am calling all the countries who can help us. We are perished and devastated with the total 112 fires. The ones that we can’t stop are still going so strong. We dont have enough fire fighting planes to stop it. We lost 8 people, so many animals and our forests. #HelpTurkey

Love this. My heart rate was up the whole time! Different to what I'm used to with aerobics style classes but it's wonderful to have low impact on my joints & still working up a sweat...awesome :)

Love the workouts where you do two rounds and the ones where you do a two exercise set and repeat them. Easier to concentrate on form that way, I find. Thanks for your workouts, they are awesome!

Thanks Maddie for your workout sessions on RU-vid which l came across just a couple of weeks ago. l was planning to resume workout with my Personal Trainer (which cost an arm & a leg), but after going through your Madfit Warm up sessions, and this one here, l was able to follow it to the end (somewhat painfully, but satisfyingly) despite my physical disability, and getting better each day. l know l will never return to the gym. I consider myself in good shape and this workout was kinda easy for me. There a more difficult videos on Maddie’s channel. I would do this in an active rest day. But for people who are just beginning their fitness journey, it is great! 😊
