SAY WHAT!!!!! This is the absolute BEST channel!!!!! I was so freaking happy the entire time I love how u practice breath and mindfulness between the exercises. I felt bad when I wasn’t able to do it on the premiere day, but here I am. It’s my Monday morning workout now. It’s a killer yet strengthening workout. I love the comments you made on the lying side set because I used not to raise my hips off the floor and it definitely feels different when I do. Waiting for the next one ❤❤❤❤❤
