@@lmd1289you really have to be in calories deficit to lose weight. Slight deficit is enough, though, no need for silly “1300 calories per day” diets (all it will do is ruin your health) Just 150-200 less than you would usually eat AND keep exercising You’re doing great!!⚡️🤍

@@kateryna5284You are so right. I cringe when people suggest eating 1,200 - 1,500 a day and 5 days of intense workouts. That’s a sure way to fail. I eat 1700 -1800 a day and workout 4 days a week and I consistently loose weight and gain muscle.

Did the workout today with my 3 pound weights was breathing hard but crushed it!!! Burned over 250 calories!! You know how to whip us into the best shape possible

Oooh, I “spiced” it a bit more 😂 by taking 3kg dumbbells 😅 (I don’t have lighter ones 😁) and enjoyed the sweat to the fullest 🤩 Great energy, great exercises that cannot make indifferent 🥰 Love starting each week energized like this with you and by your wonderful creations 🌟 Thank you! ❤

So vor der arbeit gerockt 🎉 als aktiv restday. Wenn man nur zwei 5er zuhause hat zieht man durch aber teils nur eine genutzt und die Übungen langsam und kontrolliert gemacht super Sweaty😂😂😂 bester Start in den Tag ❤❤❤

@@fitness__kaykay I just (like 10 seconds ago) finished this workout and again another ❤WOW❤. I had an early start at work and scheduled to do this after a very hectic day. When you captioned it as "intense" you weren't kidding!👍👊💦💦... took every encouragement and push I could muster from within and feeling soaccomplished. I can't describe but this is 30 minutes pure strength and energy (doesn't matter if light weights were used - the impact of the routine was spot on!). Thank you!!!❣❤❣💪

GREAT workout routine!!! Love the different moves! I needed a break from heavier weights, so this was perfect and VERY challenging with quick transitions and little rest in between moves. Another excellent workout, KK. Thank you ❤️💪🥵

LOVE THIS workout! Fast pace, my heart rate was up good toning. I would love the same thing only one round through each thing, and at the end of each round a set of full body strength.

Me too, i don't have 2kg weights. So with 3 kg i am fine. I just noticed again that i am very week in coordinating with boxing. I was sweating like hell. Well I also did this workout after the last 50 minutes weights workout. I am sooo gratefull for your workouts. Thanks a lot. 😍
