This is for YOU if you want to get your front splits or middle split, or just in general improve your leg flexibility! These exercises are meant to help you gain active range of motion and following help all kinds of movement in handstands, yoga or other fitness fields.
This being said - this is not a relaxing stretch routing, but rather a leg workout! Keep your muscles enganged throughout every exercise and be prepared to feel them tomorrow ;-)
Please make sure to listen to your body, especially when starting a new exercise. Always be mindful and move in your own pace.

I am a Cheerleader and i can tell that this work out is a really good workout. It is great for building flexibility and leg strength so if you are trying to get your splits this is really good. And if you already are flexible this is good to keep your flexibility

I wish I could have a look at everyone doing this workout to help with that 🙈 Main thing: make sure to feel the muscles activating & don’t go past the painpoint! If you are unsure with a specific drill, lmk and I can give you the cues 🤗 (Or contact me on IG)
