I like yours and burpeegirls workouts, HOWEVER (maybe I’m alone and maybe I’m not) but when you guys start adding more than like 2 movements in one exercise, I find myself losing rhythm (granted not hard to do) and getting thrown off and then I’m failing around like beached whale and it so embarrassing if my husband happens to walk by 🤦🏻♀️ or I just doing something different.
Thank you for another great workout! You’re literally the only person who motivates me to exercise. Before I found you I used to find so many excuses why not to do it and even if I did, I did not enjoy myself while working out. But with you, everything is so satisfying and playful, I can’t even believe that I’m exercising almost every day now! Keep doing what you’re doing because you inspire so many people, Olivia! I’m slowly changing my life for the better and it’s because of you❤️
It flew by!!! Hurt my back the other day so I'm sticking to walking workouts and pilates until I can lift weights...so I'll be working through these!!!
Even with a sprained wrist I was able to do most moves! Apple Watch setting: mixed cardio Active calories: 184 Total calories: 240 Approx steps: 3,551 Can’t do the heavy swinging motions with my wrist just yet so I jogged in those ones 😊 Been 6 days since I’ve been able to workout so this get amazzziiinnnggg!!! ❤❤
Nice workout. I did put on my 6 pound ankle weights after the first 6 minutes as my heart rate was only 88bpm, but with those I got 256 active calories and an average heart rate of 114bpm, which was better. I try to keep it around 115-120 when I am exercising as I think that is a more useful range for weight loss and some to help my heart rate.
Love your workouts Olivia! Do you by any chance know or would be willing to share the BPM for the music you choose for these? I'd love to repeat them in the feature with some new music to mix things up :-)
Thanks I’ll try this one ! However after doing other people’s workouts for years I started creating my own. For me my own workouts are the most fun and unique. If you have a little energy left after this workout, it would mean a lot to me of you try one of my workouts too.
