Did this again 4 months later. Been sick with a cold past few days so gave this a shot today! Active calories: 237 Total calories: 292 Average hr: 140 Approx steps: 2,236 Used 2.5 lbs dumbbells ❤❤❤

Don't have 1kg (will fix that) but water bottles felt 'weird'. so I tried with heavier wrights. First two minutes nearly tore every damn muscle. Water bottles it was 😂
It is all depended on the weight you are using. I wouldn't recommend anything heavier than 1kg. The purpose is to add a little resistance. It is not a dumbbell workout.
