I love these, I recently started following and taking part to lose weight and get my life back as 14yrs ago I suffered 4 strokes from an illness I had contracted. Still have to use a cane/stick to walk but I am able to take part in these and can mix it up if I struggle ❤

I enjoy these I will be trying this one I'm 70 and I walk 3 miles on treadmill I have lost 25 pounds these are great because they are low impact thank you for the wonderful videos take care

I’m on day 6 of exercising from your videos, I scrolled through many ladies cutting their stuff- I chose your videos as you seemed most realistic, ssimilsr to us older ladies. Since 2017 I’d been inactive , depressed a lot, comfort eating n now is time for change. I have oesteoarthritus so have trouble with my back n left knee especially. I’m going to buy a knee support for exercising as I haven’t had an X-ray for 8 years n it was very worn then. I struggle when there’s stress on that knee but I’m enjoying your exercises, their realistic , I’ve already tried the slightly harder ones but for now it’s this one as I can’t jump n use a walking stick which I want to get rid of. Thank you so much for putting the time in for us ladies n men - see you further down the line 😃👍
I like your videos and workout routine but had to turn the sound off. You exercises are not in step with your supplied music. I’d like to do them again but will have to play them to a soundtrack that matches your moves. Thanks for making them available. I’m 70 and had hip replacement surgery in Jan 2024. Put on weight and now trying to get back in shape and lose belly fat and overall weight. 5’10” and approx 180 lbs. trying to get back to 160 so doing walking videos 5xs a week.
Just got through doing your Full body fat burn I do that almost every day sometimes every other day. It is difficult for me but I get it done every time. I just saw this one and I’m going to try it tomorrow. I really appreciate the low impact and I appreciate the ones with weights too. 🌷
I am a lot older,my last periood was 20 years ago and I manage to do the Walk the weight of,the muffin and the 8 minutes weight loss every morning with a few cooling down exercises. It took me a few months to get this fit due to my balancing organs which werd irrepairably damaged when I was 18. But it helps me to use my bellymuscles .
Bonjour Petra les exercices sont géniaux le seul hic c'est le choix de la musique avec des chants trop répétitifs ce qui a le dont de m'énerver du coup je coupe le son durant l'exercice juste pourrais tu choisir des mélodies dance avec des paroles et non des chants avec echos multiplier par dix!!
