This ADVANCED Kettlebell and Bodyweight HIIT workout contains 2x block of exercises and an afterburner. Each block contains 6x exercises, each exercise for 35 seconds and there will be 15 seconds rest in between. We will perform each blocks for 2x round in a row.
As a finisher, we will add an Afterburner to the workout. 3x exercises for 3x rounds. We will perform each exercise for 35 seconds and we have 15 seconds rest in between.
For this full body kettlebell workout, you will need a single kettlebell.

BLOCK 01
1. KETTLEBELL UPRIGHT ROW & REVERSE LUNGES
2. JUMP SQUAT TO FRONT LUNGE JUMPING LUNGES
3. KETTLEBELL HALF BURPEE TO DEADLIFT OVERHEAD PRESS
4. 3x PULSE PUSH UPS & JACKS
5. 3x ONE ARM BEND OVER ROW & JUMP OVER
6. 4x TAP DOWN TO 4x HIGH KNEES
BLOCK 02
1. BEHIND THE NECK GOBLET SQUAT KNEE KICK
2. KETTLEBELL LEAN GIANT JUMPING STEPS
3. KETTLEBELL DEADLIFT UPRIGHT ROW
4. HALF BURPEE TO JUMPING JACKS
5. SEATED CURL TO BEHIND THE NECK TRICEPS EXTENSIONS
6. STAR CRUNCHES TO JACK KNIFE
AFTERBURNER
1. REVERSE LUNGE KETTLEBELL SWING
2. KETTLEBELL RUSSIAN TWIST PUSH & PULL
3. KETTLEBELL BEND OVER TAKE OVER
