30 Min Kettlebell + Bodyweight Full Body HIIT ( Strength + Cardio Combo 🔥 Burn Up To 500 Calories)

In this 30 Min Kettlebell + Bodyweight Full Body HIIT we will have 2x blocks of exercises. Each block contains 18x exercises, each exercises for 35 seconds long and with 15 seconds rest in between. After each 2x exercises with the kettlebell there will be a bodyweight exercise. After the first block there will be a 50 seconds water-break.
In this Workout I am using a 12kg (Blue) 16kg (Yellow) and a 20kg (Purple) kettlebell form “👑 Kettlebell Kings”
If you are an extreme die hard and would like to increase the volume of this HIIT, Perform this routine for 2x rounds (2x 30 min.) P.S. more Power to YOU!

I comment just to let everybody know how magnificent your workouts are! You deserve more subscribers. With your workouts and some additional pull-ups in between workout days I managed to go from 38 pull-ups in 5 sets (15 max) to 51 pull-ups in 5 sets (19 max) in just one month and it keeps growing. Daniel pt, never Heart rate monitor you can not say that it burns 500 kcal. I with heart rate monitor and fenix 6 garmin, with kb 20 kg and 32 min of training, I burned 341 kcal! Awesome training 😉💪

To burn more, go lighter weight and faster movement, especially fast on the bodyweight ones (with proper form!). I always hit 480-520 calories with his similar workouts. I use Fenix 6 Pro.
