This workout uses High-Intensity Resistance Training to build strength and sweat for a full-body burn. Thank you Amy 😊 great advice at the end. I admit I tried other workouts before I discovered you and they were a bit gimmicky and quite frankly, they put me off. Enter you!! And it's so much more accessible and it increases my motivation and desire to keep coming back. Please keep doing what your doing because it definitely definitely works 😊

I almost didn't do this because I'm not a great fan of 'back to basics' but I'm glad I did, it was challenging and not as predictable as back to basics sometimes is. Thanks for keeping me on my toes!

Omg...This workout rocks!!! I have so many favorites! Pace Lunges, Alternating Rows, Runner's Crunch, Weighted Transverse Squat, Pause Fly, Pause Tricep, All Planks, and the awesome combo move Bonus Round! And to top it all off, yep...the Kettlebell Swings!! And a great heart rate to boot!! Totally loved this HIRT!!! 💪💓⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!!!!! 🤩

She usually uses 10lb (medium) and 15lb (heavy) dumbbells.
