Hard, but I loved it. Made me feel so good to run that long again without a real break. Thank you! Everyone please be careful running through pain if it’s an injury. I did it and was out for 6 months which is no fun! God bless you all! Have a great day!

Loved this! I have been running for a little while but could never continuously run after going to a higher pace (6mph). Made it through this whole workout with some self doubt throughout, but completed this workout and ran 2.3 miles with no stops 🎉 ❤
