Great workout, thank you! Adding the 5lb weights really made it harder! I had very low motivation today, & your workouts always energize me, so I used this as my warmup before full body strength. And it worked! It changed my mood instantly and brought a ton of sweat! So funny, I didn't even notice the lighting thing, haha. Appreciate all the workouts so much! 🔥🔥🔥

I totally get having low motivation... But I'm so proud of you for doing it regardless... You are so amazing, and strong willed, I love it!!! We are a team, and I love hearing that this workout energized you. I love even more that you didn't realize the poor lighting. hehe. I have a longer running video going tomorrow. So unsure if run on treadmills, but this would be perfect for you to run along with me...Or just watch because it's interesting. Please let me know how you like tomorrows running content format?

@@woodsthriving I passionately loathe treadmill running haha 🤣 but I may be forced into it next week, so I’m saving the running vid until then! Worst case I will watch and do cardio 😀 and pretend I can run as fast as you!

Haha. I used to hate it so much, but what I do now, is watch my workout/running videos when they post in the am to make sure there aren't any issues. For example on the Running Vlog, it had a glitch for about 2-3 minutes where the video or audio stopped working, so I was able to fix really quick. Lol. Let me know if you like it.. it's really not doing well for a video, but I really enjoyed making it?

@@woodsthriving Lol! Well that makes sense from an editing standpoint! I have to admit I saw the opening shot and the clear beautiful sky and I was drawn in! I love running outdoors, and most of that is the fresh air, and the starlit sky at dawn. Being in the northwest Chicago suburbs I don’t have many chances to enjoy the outdoors. Our weather is awful 9 months of the year 😭. I will definitely be doing this within the next week and will give my novice feedback! I’m biased because I like all your content! Your energy is evident in your work my friend!

That means so much!!! With this running video I took a ton of time getting great music and pairing it up. So the energy was there.. but I'm just not great at creating content.. so I need to work harder on it. We are in our intense heat right now, so it's been in the 105-110 degree weather, so it has to be super early for me. Lol.

I appreciate the communication. Let me know how you like it when you do it tomorrow. I did it super early (4:30am) so my brain wasn't working as well... so I forgot to turn on the lighting... so sorry about he quality of video!! I hope you'll forgive me after you feel the burn.
