Follow along at your own home with this Full Body Cardio and Strength workout. The only equipment you need is some kind of light weights like dumbbells or water bottles. This Workout will target your full body and will leave you with a satisfied feeling once you finished the workout.
This workout includes a warming up and cooling down, but also a short water break halfway through the workout.

Another fantastic workout with a great mix of exercises. Cardio/strength still my favourite. Arms really felt it on the cross overs/arms held at shoulder height!! Thank you Marischa

You’re so funny! “Don’t think about it. If you think about it you will be a mess!” That’s so true! I just have to turn my brain off and power through. For me the hardest part was getting my chest muscles to do the moves because yesterday I did a barbell workout and my chest muscles are super sore today.
