Follow me along in this Happy Walking Workout that requires no equipment. It takes about 30 minutes to complete and can be easily followed along at home. All of the exercises are designed to give you positive energy and will have a low impact on your tendons and joints.
This workout includes a warm up and cool down, but also a short water break halfway through the workout.
