Join me in this Walking Workout that is Knee Friendly and can be followed along at home. No Equipment is required at all, and it takes only 25 minutes to complete. All the exercises have a low impact on your tendons and joints. This means there will be no jumping in this workout.
We will start the workout slowly and end with a short cool down. There will be no water breaks in this workout.

Easy moves especially for someone who's recovering from injury. Clear step by step instructions, no background music. The background music really annoys me and takes my focus away from the workout. I finished the entire workout which had been difficult for me lately because of knee pain. Thanks a ton for this. Definitely coming back to your channel for more! 😊
