I finished this workout a short while ago. Part 1 felt too easy with a 24 KG kettlebell...I think I'd use a 28 KG or even a 32 KG for that part if I did this workout again. Part 2, however...it's been a while since I've done Double Kettlebell Front Squats, and it really showed with how much they drained my stamina. By the way, I did my ABC's with 2 cleans, 1 press, 3 squats...which is different from what's stated in the video here. If Part 1 felt like selecting "Easy Mode" in a video game, then Part 2 would be jumping past "Normal Mode" and straight into "Hard Mode" (I used double 24 KG's for Part 2)! I need to do more double kettlebell front squats...
