Did I total of 440 squats with my 2, 25-pound dumbbells, 10 pound weighted vest, and heavy resistance band! This workout was so fast paced and when you started mentioning sweat flying everywhere, mine was too! Thank you for making working out fun and relatable! :)
Good morning! 🌞 I did this workout and while doing it, I did not feel it all that bad. When I woke up the next morning, it took me a few minutes to work the soreness out. That pain lasted 3 days. GREAT WORKOUT!!!! I haven't been in that much pain in a while. ❤❤❤❤❤
my new favorite!!! thank you! Those kang squats (however my keyboard keeps autocorrecting to dang quads - fitting) were FIRE! Cannot wait to foam roll AND do some mobility work.
Wow! I had to fight for that one! Especially those extra 20 squats after each circuit! Had to take extra rests and definitely had to tell myself more than a few times: you can do this! Thanks Lindsey and Rachel for pushing us and making us better and stronger each workout! Doing the triceps one today…I’m scared 😱 😅
I was scared to do this workout, but feel proud that I did! Sumo squats are always my favorite! Not super exciting, I know, but I love when they are included in a workout

I just wanted to tell you - my son has Cerebral Palsy, and he will forever be my very best workout partner. He cheers me on the whole time. He is actually starting to recognize both your voices. I've been doing the stretches you have taught me on him - and he loves them. His muscles and tone have been so much looser since we have been following you and Rachel. Thank you so incredibly much!

Wahoo! I did over 200 squats on that! I finished it! Doing all of the different variations of timed squats with 20 rep sets inbetween was a great 'sneaky' way to get so many in! Great challenging workout. I have knee pain, so I loved that raised heel squat. Thank you! ❤
Wow…definitely holy bananas 🍌 on this leg day! Pulled out the 30 pounds for a couple of the exercises….thank you for always challenging us to go heavier!

That was the sweatiest workout I’ve done in a while!! I liked that glute focused move at the end and the heels up squat. Feel very ready to face the day now!
This is an instant favorite for me - always love the pivot squat, but liked the bent-over glute squat, really felt the different muscles working in that one. Someone has to count all the squats, I want to know!
I LOVED this one!! Ok so the 1 leg bench squats were one of my favorites, but then those bent over glute squats (I think it was called that) were amazing!!
Oooh baby! this was spicy! There were a few times when I took some longer breaks and also just had to like talk myself through the last few squats of each 20 reps between circuits but I did most of all the exercises with the weight I was aiming for, so happy about that!
I absolutely loved this workout, i will definitely be looking to do tgis on a regular basis. I found that i couldn't keep up with you both on the 20 squats so i only did 15 to 18...my goal is to get to do the 20.
I have not done a squat workout in probably 2 years. I have something I pulled in my inner thigh two pregnancies ago that I have to be careful with on a sumo squat, pivot squat and lateral 🫠. This was a killer workout! Loved it and can’t wait to circle back and do it again and see the improvement!
Knocked this out before work this morning and the sweat was pouring! Really enjoyed the warm up mobility as I needed that today. Favorite moves were sumo squats, heels elevated, and the last one-glute focused. I almost wasn't able to stand after those final squat pulses though!
My legs were shaking at the end, but what a great feeling ! Loved the kang squats, they ho were a great addition. The format was challenging and I LOVED it!!!! Hope to see more
LOVED today's workout. We've had a rough couple weeks and it felt great to have my butt kick and get out my frustration. It was hard and challenging but leaves you feeling strong and ready to take on the world. Thanks for motivating me every single day!!!
This was FFIIRREE I tried doing most with 2-15lb dumbbells! Also Rachel's top is SO CUTE! I love the flowiness, since I usually don't feel comfortable in the tight stuff :/
LOVED, LOVED, LOVED this! Please more workouts like this one. I love the functional training but having the strength focused workouts that I can continue to come back to week after week I feel I'm going to see results.
Danggggg 🔥🔥🔥🔥PURE fire!! Tough stuff, but that’s what we’re made for, right?!? Loved all the variations and it moved surprisingly fast. This is the type of workout where gains are made!
Wow!!! I did this one yesterday and I haven't been this sore in a looooong time 😅🦵🔥🥵 .... sitting on the toilets hurts lol. I am definitely coming back to this one, it was fun and time flew! Thank you ladies 🙏

Feeling the burn! I was scared when I saw the format but glad I tried it this AM. Love the heels elevated (knees can bother me) and the kang squat! Hope I can get up & down the steps tomorrow!

I loved the kang squats! I feel like we need more lower back strengthening moves and that one does it! I honestly felt out of balance, like my legs coukd handle more but my back needs to catch up in strength. So i will be adding those in at the end of workouts daily! 💪 thanks for all you do!🎉
Hardest leg day from your videos I’ve done. Holy bananas. I had to pause a couple of times to catch my breath and talk myself out of stopping the video early 😂
This workout has me feeling like I have buns o'steel😂 My favorite squat was probably the Kang Squat and then, the 90/90 stretch and long body/hug knee stretch at the end!! I recently bought the mini loop bands so I added those in several times ..Talk about earning it!!!😅 So awesome, thanks for the burn!!! ❤️🔥
22 weeks pregnant with my 2nd, and modified this to work my lower back pain, and oh BANANAS I still sweat like crazy. It's currently 55 degrees in northern MN and I still had to open a window to help cool down. I loved all the different squat variations and I loved that new move too.
Oh I know I will feel this tomorrow. The single led bulgarian split squats, so good so dreadful😂. This one and the kick stand squats expose how my left leg leans on my right to do the work. Another opportunity for improvement! Thanks, ladies!
This was awesome!! I did not want to do a full 30 minutes (DST with a 1 year old...) But this format made me keep going. You are my workout buddy, my husband goes "Oh its holy bananas" girl. this was HOLY BANANAS for sure!
Amazing workout! Thank you for providing it, Lindsey! I had only one issue while doing it: my lower back felt uncomfortable (I tried engaging my core, but it still felt uncomfortable). What should I do to prevent this from happening again?
