i had a 1 yr break from tkd but i've kept exersicing but to not lose my tkd "skills" i figured i'd do some tkd at home workout shit, so i clicked on this vid. Then i realized... you teached mw how to tie my belt with a vid like 6 yrs ago

This year in April i had a bad injury to my knee, and Even though I did martial arts and especially taekwondo for multiple years, I suddenly didn’t have the motivation to do it anymore. But now I’ve seen your Video and I can’t thank you enough for giving me back the motivation to do this. Thank you so much!

Very good workout video. i know from all the aches and pains from getting back into kicking again. I need to do this 2-3 times a week I think. Feel more loose after one go

This is great as a former black belt I had not practiced TKD in 10 years but im more in shape than I used to be as I do weight training now it feels great to get back in to TKD now that im not in a dojo any more.

Of course you can. Near me there’s a dojo that teaches a martial art technique for kids and adults. As soon as I saw the word “Adults” I was like, “WHAT?! Adults?!” But yeah you can that’s my point

My stamina is so low that i can barely survive for 5 minutes of this what i need to do to improve my stamina?

Good question! A good start can be decreasing the amount of time for each exercise until you build up to doing about one minute. Also, much of this type of training gets anaerobic so supplementing with other forms of anaerobic exercieses such as sprints could help with your oxygen levels. I found doing about 15 minutes of aerobic cardio then weightlifting before classes and training helped me quite a bit but some of the anaerobic drills we just have to do them for less time and build up

I agree 100% After this I experimented with not talking during so I wouldn't need a Microphone but seems folks prefer the instruction. Now looking for a better way to record voice without the ambient sounds.

taekwondo doesn't have a push kick btw I'm a red belt in taekwondo I have proof Poomsae 8 : taeguk paljang Poomsae 7 : taeguk chilljang

I'm not quite sure what you mean, but have to assume you are kidding around with the comment. Push Kick(Meereo Chagi) also called other names is basically pushing away your opponent with the bottom of your foot and is practiced often in Taekwondo classes. You can use your heal or the entire foot as well as jabbing the ball of your foot such as the snap kick. A quick google search should help you find more information about this kicking technique which is very fun to use btw :-)
