For anyone who isn't feeling muscle activation whilst doing twists, I recommend that you ensure you are going the entire 180 degrees and you should try doing it slower to minimise mistakes. In general you should try to maintain good form over speed.

Doing this workout for the second time at first, felt too easy so I cut off the breaks, did the complete workout without any breaks or very short breaks my hands were sore and fatigued got cramps multiple times in the forearm but enjoyed the hell lot, 🤘🤘

Forearm twists 0:20 Forearm curls 1:00 finger extensions 1:41 Circles 2:34 Hand pulls 3:24 Finger extensions on a wall 4:43 Hand pulls upside down 5:57 Twists again.. 7:12 Do this 5x20 I guess.

Major 8 exercises are- 0:22 1. Pronation & supination 1:01 2. Flexion of wrist - vertical axis 1:45 3. Flexion of fingers 2:40 4. Circumduction of wrist 3:30 5. Hand hold - upwards 4:55 6. Finger extension on wall 5:57 7. Hand hold - downwards 9:44 8. Flexion of wrist - horizontal axis Repeat !

My name is Rahul Siva. I am a district level badminton player. I really liked this workout and recommend it. I am only 13 but I was able to complete the workout fully and did 10 push-ups every 20 seconds break.I felt that it was very easy and the thing that most people could not do it was something I couldn't belive as it was so easy. But very good and effective workout.👌👌✌️

I did the whole workout from start to finish! My hands are soooooo veiny, especially after those twists. Not to mention that I REALLY needed those 20 second breaks, and I’m glad you did them! I did this one while skipping breaks. Its a rather odd workout, a great one though! At first it seems like an extremely easy workout, and, for me, it was until the ~20 minute mark, thats when my forearms got really, really sore, therefore the workout becoming pretty hard all of a sudden. Great workout nonetheless!

I will be doing this for 1 month, i will come back with an update every week, wish me luck Week 1:My veins started showing a lot since I started Week 2:my veins started showing a little bit since week 1, not much tho Week 3:now I see my veins a lot more clear Week 4:I have seen a lot of progress since I started, I really like this workout

Ok guys doing this in a week keep you guys updated 1st day: Veins actually showed good and strong 2nd day: worked good showed better Note: am a fat skin so it’s effective 3rd day: working on it Another tip: spray warm water on your arms and place your arms under sun so it can pop out

Thank you brO! You are doing a great job. You are right..People does not need to use weight to put on strength. The exercises you are showing are very effective. Keep going! Grateful if you can show some tricep exercises with no equipment. Simple but with constant repetition, it becomes super effective. Thank you!

I did this workout without any breaks and it is really helpful. 23 February 2024 (Day 1) : Veins more visible than usual . New vein is more clearly seen 24 February 2024 (Day 2) : same as day 1 25 February 2024 (Day 3) : more changes

This was one of the easiest workouts for veins I've ever done and one of the most effective ones. Personally I think you should cut off breaks. This is one of the most effective workouts for veins, good video and I think you should do this workout at least 5 times a day to get really veiny hands.

10/05/2022 I finished this on my first try, here and there I tried to remove the breaks a bit to make it harder. I also have done the 10 minute hand workout for like 2 weeks. Now I am here and I will continue my journey. 10/06/2022 Done it today as well, I did 30 reps instead of 20 reps for the exercises possible

I am 12 years old and this is the first time doing it i was bored so i skipped almost all the breaks and did lots more of reps like ×2 or even ×3 from the ammount that u say and i ended rn,arms and hands kinda hurting but it's nothing that i can't handle and it's very good bc u get almost no pain at all and your veins pop a lot
