here is my review: the cardio was hard and fast enough to pump my heart and the ab isolations really burnt and were creative and unique. I love that Kit can explain so well and her moves are always something new I never tried before. it was effective and quick. I would say I'm an advanced level

I like the trainer..She balanced between rising our heart rate and bringing it down.. and in the end I loved when she said to thank our body for doing this workout..

lately i've been having very depressive mood, and i just cannot emphasize enough how amazing that "take a little time to thin about what you're grateful for" at the end felt. i thanked myself for treating myself good and for taking care of my body, and i felt some tears prickle in my eyes. thank you so much for this workout, much appreciated

This is my dream workout- Went by so fast! I have to comment because as a professional dancer and yoga instructor I really appreciate the way each move flows seamlessly into the next. The little stretch in between exercises sets her apart from the rest. Mindful + sweaty perfection! THANK YOU. PS- Don't be intimidated if you're a beginner- she gives modifications and amazing corrections to help everyone avoid injury. 10/10

I used to do Pilates, yoga, weight lifting exercises, zumba quite often from home because I struggled with anxiety and also I wanted to feel stronger. but then I stopped and haven't worked out in a good several months to a year I'd say. which is really bad when your an anxious person like myself. Recently though I've been dealing with alot of stress from losing my job and having to start all over with that process, so its been a tough month and half. and I was sitting on my bed thinking I'm feeling a bit anxiety I should try to do something to get my body working. and I came across this video NOT knowing what the work out was going to be like . OOMG I'm for sure going to be sore BUT it honestly felt great to feel all of those sensations when your working out. As tired , hot and muscle burning as it was. For sure going to try to do this one every week. Thankyou

I wanted to give up so badly about 5 min in but I kept going. I don’t ever do Pilates so that was really hard but I’m so glad I finished it. I’m grateful for my husband who works hard in a hospital while I stay home with our little girl.

Kit's are my farvourite workouts because she truly makes the whole body work, and it is variable levels, so you feel it nicely that you've done some work, but you're not so totally smashed and achy that you won't be able to continue with your day. I love it that after her workouts my whole body is warmed up, stretched and energized, and she always reminds you to be careful and listen to your body. Unlike some instructors who seem to think that killing yourself in the gym is the only way... I actually want to "honour my body". Bravo Kit!

This was one of the hardest ab workouts I’ve done like, ever! Mainly because I felt each move - sometimes when I do ab workouts I end up feeling it in my spine, neck, etc. You can tell Kit is a real professional - she gives amazing cues and love her combos.

I didn't realise that I still held onto some emotional pain on certain parts of my body until I did this workout. It was a cathartic, yet enjoyable experience. Thank you!

This workout helped me to stay active while having ligament issues with my knee. No knee pain at all and I am feeling refreshed and great after it. Exercise during times of injury is possible thanks to Popsugar - thanks team

This is such an amazing workout! It makes you feel good, having plenty of streches in between each circuit and the ab isolations were tough but it was the best kind of burn that i've felt in a long time. After the workout, i felt really relaxed, elongated and stronger. Highly highly recommend it for everyone to try!! Would love more core-strengthening and healthy digestion workouts! Thanks Popsugar!!
