Thanks, Sumedh! This is a pretty complex question! Anything in excess or anything done in a way not aligned with how the body functions can certainly cause health problems. It also depends on one's individual characteristics and health status. A qualified medical/dietetic professional would be able to give you the best guidance.

Keep your ass on the bench and then it'll count. With good form you could do 315

@@wally139 his goal is to lift heavy weight in the most efficient way as possible the arch isnt even that crazy ive seen much more crazy arches, and number 2 this would be an allowed lift in powerlifting lol his goal here isnt to build muscle its to move the weight
