I want to tell u that I have lost from 62 kg to 50 kg in 3 months and belly size from 33 to 25 now by following deepti mam.. but u have to keep patience. There are so many vdos on RU-vid, but I couldn't find any effective workout like this channel.. Believe me, u will thoroughly enjoy the process after 5 days...!!Thank u❤

I didn't follow any diet actually i ate daily homemade rice and veg and non veg curries i ll drink more water 3 to 4 liters and cup of coffee at mrng and a cup of tea at 6pm and hot water lemon chia seeds at mrng with empty stomach thats all@@eshabhandari9518
What perfect timing! If you are travelling for Euro Cup or t20 or just summer vacation n sleeping on soft beds/pillows with back/shoulder pain, this is a perfect workout. No gym shoes, no gym clothes, easily doable in tiny hotel rooms. My back n shoulder thanks you deeply!!❤
Hii Deepti, I really want to thank you for your effective dance workout videos, I started following your channel from Dec 2023 I was 65kg that time and now my weight is 59 kg after doing zumba daily and also by practicing mindful eating (calorie deficit). I'm a kind of person who doesn't like running or floor exercises but I do love dancing and in your videos I found both❤ Keep doing what you do , lots of love😊❤️🙏
