This is the hardest of your workouts for me (and I've done most of them and am a former TRX instructor) and I LOVE IT! Hope you can film more advanced TRX videos in your new space!

Been working out for over 40 years. Just received my TRX. This is my first workout with this system. Awesome! Great cueing and selection. Definitely felt the burn!
Love the TRX!!! Love the 3 pulses also, it gets to those muscles, haha! 30-35 minutes is perfect for me most of the time, sometimes I wanna do a bit longer. I love how you target every body part. Thank you for your channel!!!
Really felt like this workout gave me the intensity I needed - pushed me just a little (the right amount :) ). Am trying to let my heals and feet heal from plantar fascitis so I'm looking for similar intensity without jumping/running. This did it for me! Thank you!
Loved this workout!! Also thank you for the daily workouts! It keeps me from searching for workouts that target areas I want but neglecting other areas. Now I don't have to worry because you've taken the stress out of doing that.
Loved this workout! Somehow using the progressions of moves seems to make the time move quickly. I found it challenging but never overwhelming. Thank you - I feel stronger!
Question: Is there a way to do these workouts without TRX? I have been skipping them as don't have TRX or a great place to secure them in my home, but wondering if there are alternatives?
